The main objective of the LPA team is to present an intelligent feeder to supply food and manage the timing and corresponding response to pets’ demands. Moreover, the system provides the capability of remotely controlling different parameters as follows:

- The possibility of planning, designing and presenting diets according to the pet needs,

- The possibility of reporting and reviewing the pattern and consumption of the pet at different intervals,
- The possibility of adding oral medications to food.

Mobility is vital to a healthy quality of life for pets. Most pets need to be walked or exercised regularly. Busy pet owners always have the problem of keeping their pets busy and entertained. Moreover, pets need sufficient space to engage in regular movements and behaviors. Therefore, the health wheels have been developed to help animals meet their basic needs.
Since pet weight control and regular measurement can play an essential role in the long-term health of pet, in the construction of LPA smart wheels, our best interest has been on regular recording and storage of weight, mobility and activity, and providing appropriate tools to encourage and stimulate pet.
The use of a fixed shaft allowed us to install cameras, projectors, and other entertainment equipment and attractors. Additionally, it addresses the problem of overturning the wheel when jumping or playing with an animal.
Besides, measuring and recording the animals’ weight has always been a big concern to pet owners. Considering that, we tried to use weight sensors in the design of LPA wheels to solve this problem. Also, using rpm sensors, we are able to measure and record the amount of rotation, speed, calories and similar items.

A smart, creative litter box with the ability to measure and analyze pet’s stool, its weight, color, and other specifications on a regular basis using embedded sensors and image processing feature. The litter box which is connected to the smart App, will report a table for parents at the end of each day about the health status of the pet, comparing the amount and quality of the food intake with the stool specification of the pet on the same day. This will enable LPA App. to alert parents in case of detecting an emerging pet disease and also offering preventive actions. These data can be shared with vets in order to give them a comprehensive insight about the pet’s health status. Packing stools and alerting parents when it is time to empty the litter box waste reservoir are among other facilities of our smart litter box. It is worth noting that there is no similar product in the market which can analyze the pet’s stool in order to give health reports to the parents, as well as vets in real time.
